Order Inspection: If you notice any damage on your product(s), please reach out to us at genie.bug.prints@gmail.com within 48 hours upon delivery. If you wish to initiate a return, Genie Bug Prints requires you to provide an order number, photos and a brief description of said damage(s) sent to our email genie.bug.prints@gmail.com.
Refund Eligibility: Refund requests will be investigated and considered on a case-by-case basis. Genie Bug Prints reserves the right to determine whether a refund is necessary based on the investigation and the information provided. If we deem your request is eligible, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Returns: Please note that returns are not accepted under any circumstances. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out to us at genie.bug.prints@gmail.com within 48 hours upon delivery.
Refund Processing: If your refund is approved, please allow a minimum of 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited in the original form of payment. Refund processing times may vary according to your financial institution.
Chargebacks: Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us at genie.bug.prints@gmail.com to resolve any issues. If a chargeback is filed, an investigation will be conducted by a member of our team. Please note we reserve the right to bar you from future purchases.
